Vaginal ovules

 

Composition:

Each 4 g contains,
Estradiol benzoate 17 β – 0.001 g
Tetracycline hydrochloride – 2.000 g

Indication:

Indicated for the prevention and treatment of genital tract problems (vaginitis and metritis caused by: Trichomonas spp., Mycoplasma spp., Chlamydia spp., Corynebacterium spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, Actinomyces spp. and Campylobacter fetus. In placental retentions, when avoiding manual extraction is desired or to prevent from infections in case it is performed.

Contraindication:

Do not apply in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula.

Withdrawal time:

For meat – 18 days.
For milk – 3 days.

Dosage:

Intrauterine route. In all target species: Introduce ½ – 1 ovule according to the severity, at the bottom of the womb and/or vagina during 3 – 4 days. The duration and intensity of the treatment may only be determined by the veterinarian.
