He is a Marketer and an Agriculturist holding a National Diploma in Technology (Agriculture) and a National Diploma in Marketing and Business Management. He has followed many professional courses arranged by professional bodies & World renowned suppliers, locally and internationally which include Corporate Management, Distribution Management, Branding, Animal Feed Formulation, Premix Formulation, Vaccines Handling, Agro-chemicals Production, Seed Production, etc. He is an individual who is passionate, accomplishes great things, and devotes countless hours and boundless energy to his work with well versatile entrepreneurial skills, attitudes & attributes which are inherited to him. On his path of career he demonstrates sense of responsibility, initiative, perseverance, solidarity, team spirit, resourcefulness and determination qualities maximally to be recognised as a Most Promising Entrepreneur at Asia Pacific Business Entrepreneurship Awards 2014.

Mr. Senitha Wanigasinghe is a Chartered Chemist and graduated from Imperial College London in the United Kingdom with M.Sci honours in Medicinal chemistry. He has previously worked in numerous international organizations such as Livisto, Spain and GlaxoSmithKline, UK. He has gained experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer health care industry specifically in the Research & development of new products and analytical chemistry.

Dr. Thulitha Wanigasinghe holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from Royal Veterinary College, United Kingdom. He currently holds memberships in Veterinary boards of United Kingdom, Sri Lanka and Australia. Collecting wealth of knowledge from different countries he has completed a one year Veterinary Surgical Internship in Australia. Alongside working in diverse environments’, he plans to implement and develop Sri Lankan Animal Health Industry to next level.

Yvonne VanCuylenberg is an agriculturist and holds a National Diploma in Technology (Agriculture Science) from HARDY Advanced Technological Institute. She has dedicated the last twenty years shaping minds and nurturing the Students of Sri Lanka in Agriculture through the Education sector. Complementing her agricultural expertise, she also holds a Diploma in Education which enriches her academic excellence.Since the company’s founding in 2002, she has been a shareholding director, currently holding the position of Director of Human resources and Administration

Mr. Gamini Wanigasinghe, a proficient media professional, has been actively engaged with the company since its establishment, fulfilling the role of Director – Maintenance.

Mr. Ajith Welianga works as the Director Marketing at Both Farmchemie and Feedchemie Private Limited, a part of the Dyvesta Group. He has a demonstrated history of working in the veterinary industry since 1998. He completed his National diploma technology in Agriculture at Hardy Advanced Technical Institute and a National Diploma in Sales Management at the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. Furthermore, he earned his MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, specializing in Marketing.

Mr. N.P.G. Sunil Ranjith, our esteemed Director of Customer and Employee Relations, who joined Farmchemie Pvt Ltd in 2002 and brings with him over 30 years of invaluable industrial experience. With a solid educational background in NDT (Agri) from Hardy Institute, Sunil Ranjith embodies our commitment to knowledge and innovation in the agricultural sector. His passion for fostering strong relationships with both customers and employees drives our company’s mission forward.

Mr. H.M.S.P. Gunathilake, our esteemed Director of Sales, who has been a cornerstone of our company since July 2003, brings with him over 26 years of invaluable industrial experience.  Mr. Gunathilake’s journey in agricultural expertise began with a solid educational foundation in NDT (Agriculture) from Hardy Advanced Technical Institute, followed by advanced studies in marketing at the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. Currently pursuing an M.AETM at the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, his dedication to continuous learning ensures our company remains at the forefront of innovation. Having undergone specialized training in livestock management in Canada and biological products in Croatia and Malaysia, Mr. Gunathilake is equipped with a diverse skill set to meet the evolving needs of our customers. His extensive experience in distributor products training across Spain and France further enhances our commitment to delivering a top-tier product range.

Mr. Chanaka Indrajith currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Farmchemie Manufacturers Pvt Ltd and holds the position of Executive Director in both Farmchemie Manufacturers Pvt Ltd and Medivesta Laboratories Pvt Ltd within the Divesta Group of Companies.. A dedicated professional, he has played pivotal roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing management, quality assurance, and research and development since 2013. Ho holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Peradeniya and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales, Post graduate diplomas in Medicinal chemistry, Business, Finance and Strategy. Mr. Indrajith is currently pursuing his Doctorate at the University of Colombo. As a visiting lecturer at esteemed institutions such as the University of Peradeniya and the University of Ruhuna since 2012, he imparts his extensive knowledge in pharmaceutical Technology, management, quality assurance, and research and development.
